We collect account and profile details, mentor applications, session preparation responses, booking and payment records, uploaded documents, circle activity and the technical information needed to keep XorNam reliable and secure.

We use this information to verify mentors, match people with relevant guidance, process bookings, deliver private circle features, send service messages, improve the platform and meet legal or safety obligations.

Public mentor profiles show approved professional information. Mentee profiles and resumes are private by default and are available to an assigned mentor only when the mentee permits profile sharing. Payment providers receive only the information required to process a transaction.

We retain information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for bookings, records, safety and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain.
