Every mentor is verified before joining XorNam. Levels are assigned by the XorNam review team and re-evaluated as mentors grow — never self-declared. Your mentor's badge appears on every card, profile and circle across the platform.
Level 1
A Guide has recently walked the path you're about to begin. They're ideal for students, graduates and career changers seeking practical advice from someone who's been there.

Level 2
A Navigator has successfully navigated multiple career milestones and can help mentees make smarter decisions, avoid common mistakes and plan long-term growth.
GH₵100per session
Level 3
A Pathfinder has led projects, created opportunities and helped others grow. They're best suited for leadership coaching, promotions and career transitions.
GH₵150per session
Level 4
A Luminary is a respected industry leader whose experience influences organizations, communities and future professionals. This is XorNam's highest mentor recognition.

Role history, company and tenure are checked at application.
Skills are assessed against the categories a mentor wants to mentor in.
Sessions completed, mentee outcomes and review scores on XorNam.
How actively a mentor runs their Circle: office hours, resources, group sessions.
