Payments Policy

Session prices are set by the mentor's verified XorNam level and are displayed in Ghana cedis before checkout. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged for one seat in the listed session.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. A booking is created only after payment is confirmed. Until then, a seat is not reserved. A receipt and booking reference appear after successful confirmation.

Availability can change while payment is being completed. If payment succeeds after the final seat has been taken, contact us with your reference so we can arrange a refund or move you to the next suitable session.

If XorNam or a mentor cancels a paid session, affected mentees will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund. Other refund requests are reviewed according to the timing, circumstances and whether the session has already taken place.
